WHY?:
Our strategic vision is communicated extensively across the Group. While our onboarding sessions ensure that our activities are well understood, the flow of information often stalls just below the Management Committee (MANCO). Insights from Gemba walks further highlight a disconnect—valuable feedback and suggestions from the field, which could drive improvements and mitigate risks, are not consistently reaching the MANCO level.
Despite our three-year investment in training programs for mid-level managers and some positive progress, the bidirectional communication flow remains insufficient. Fully engaging our entire workforce is paramount for the success of our “1 Billion Plan.”
What mechanisms can we establish to better engage and empower all levels of management, ensuring a seamless flow of communication and alignment with our strategic objectives?
