Our strategic roadmap sets the foundation for a bold investment plan. To fully realize this strategy and achieve our targets, it is essential that we execute our investment projects with precision—delivering on time and within budget.
Despite the considerable progress made in structuring this effort through the “1 Billion Plan,” we are now at a pivotal moment. EURENCO’s commitments have secured the necessary funding, yet they come with critical expectations: we must meet tight deadlines for bringing new capacities online with trained, fully operational teams, while also achieving targeted production costs. These commitments are not merely milestones; they are vital imperatives that will shape EURENCO’s long-term success.
As we move forward, we must ask ourselves: What insights have we gained from our previous projects? How effectively are our project leaders managing economic performance and target-cost design? Can we secure the talent required, and what standards must we implement to drive automation, bolster safety, and mitigate risks related to recruitment and training?
These questions are central to our path ahead and will define our ability to sustain our momentum.?
