WHY?:

Safety is integral to our business operations and stands as one of Eurenco’s three core values. It represents the foundational pillar of our Lean approach, driving performance improvement across the organization.

In the coming years, Eurenco will navigate a significant wave of workforce renewal alongside high production demands. While our safety performance has shown overall progress, current results remain insufficient, with incident rates still too high and a sense of resignation or acceptance persisting among our field teams. Moreover, this critical value has not yet translated into consistent safety-oriented behaviors, preventing us from embedding a true safety culture. This raises an essential question: why is this disconnect persisting?

Addressing this challenge requires decisive action and swift improvement. The potential impact on site continuity and the achievement of our “1 Billion Plan” objectives is substantial.
